The moral quandary here is definitely a gray area. My son and I were discussing the issue of morality the day after Luigi was captured. Surely, we both agreed, it is wrong to act as a vigilante. It is up to our justice system here in America to provide an (assumed) guilty individual a fair trial. But, here is the conundrum - who is the guilty party? Is one person “more” guilty than the other? The man with the gun who shoots another man in broad daylight? The man who signs his name to a piece of paper that in turn causes others to die due to lack of healthcare that possibly can save them? How do we determine the level of guilt or responsibility?

Who has the bigger body count? Who do you punish, someone who kills with a gun or someone who kills with a pen?
